## Features

- **Trigger-based assignment**

Listens for changes in selected account fields. When those fields reach certain values, the automation assigns a support engineer.

- **Field validation**

Checks for additional fields and conditions before making an assignment.

### How to Use Auto Assign SE snap-in

1. In the **Configuration tab**, specify:

- Trigger Field: The account field to monitor for updates.

- Trigger Value: The value that activates the assignment process.

- Assign Field: The field where the selected support engineer will be assigned

- Support Engineer Group: The group to pick engineers from.

- Extra Fields and Conditions: Any additional fields and their required conditions.

2. Click **Save** to save your configuration.

3. Click the **Install** button to initiate the installation process.
