Auto task creator
An automation process generates tasks daily at 1:30 AM UTC for the specified issue IDs. The tasks are configured with the following parameters:
- Task name: Set to the date of task creation
- Owner: Assigned to the associated issue owner.
- Target Close Date: Set for 1:30 AM UTC the following day.
Features
Automated task creation: Generates tasks on a daily basis for designated issue IDs. Multiple issue IDs can be included, allowing for comprehensive task generation across various issues.
Exclusion of issues based on stages: Allows tasks to be excluded from creation when issues enter specific stages, as defined in the snap-in configuration. For example, if an issue reaches a stage like completed or in_development, the system can be set to skip task creation for these stages.
Exclusion of days: Enables the specification of certain days on which tasks should not be created. For example, weekends can be excluded from task creation. This exclusion is managed within the snap-in configuration, ensuring that no tasks are generated on the specified days.
