Blocker ticket announcer snap-in sends an announcement on Slack when a ticket is created in or moved into the Blocker stage.

Automatic updates when a ticket is created in or moved into the Blocker stage

It sends a message on Slack whenever a ticket is created in or moved into the Blocker stage, depending on the subtype. The notification message contains the display ID and title of the ticket, the customer workspace, and a link to the ticket.

• For ticket creation it sends a notification if the subtype of the ticket is Bug, Request or none.
• For ticket update, it sends a notification only if the subtype of the ticket is Bug or Request
