• Configurable Source Tags
  During configuration, the snap-in allows you to select a primary_tag to identify primary contact and a secondary_tag to identify secondary contact. This setup ensures effective management of the hierarchy and prioritization of deduplicated contacts.

• Merges duplicate contacts from all sources

Merges duplicate contacts from all sources using commands like /merge_bi_external_source for external platforms such as Salesforce and Zendesk, /merge_plug_external_source for contacts created via the DevRev Plug source, and /merge_unknown_source for contacts with unknown origins by matching external references even when emails are missing.

• Command Control
  Provides /job_control [option] to manage the deduplication process with commands like reset and stop, enabling users to control and adjust tasks as needed.

• **Increased Rate Limit (Requirement)**
  The snap-in requires an increased rate limit of 5000 units/minute using archon-policy. This ensures that the deduplication processes operate effectively without imposing excessive load on external systems, preventing interruptions or delays.
