Conversation archive on ticket link
Upon linking a ticket to a conversation, the system automatically archives the conversation to signify it's no longer active. Participants of the conversation are then notified with a pre-written message explaining the archive due to the ticket association.

How to use conversation archive on ticket link snap-in
- In the Configuration tab, input the content that has to be sent in the conversation when a ticket is linked to it.
- Install the snap-in.
