Installation

  1. Go to the DevRev Marketplace and select the CSAT on Conversation snap-in.

  2. In DevRev, open the Configuration tab for the snap-in.

  3. Specify the survey question to display to customers and the response message shown after submission.

  4. Save the configuration and click Next to deploy the CSAT snap-in in your environment.
