You can customize the survey question that appears when the survey scale is displayed to the customer during the snap-in installation. Likewise, the survey response message displayed to the customer after they submit the survey can also be customized.

A simple built-in five-point survey response scale encourages a higher response rate. Build a better understanding of customer satisfaction by using tickets with more responses. Although the scale remains constant, the button text can be customized to suit your needs.
