Customer Comment Triggered Stage Transition

When a reviewer comments on a ticket within the stages specified by users in the configuration, the stage will transition to a target stage set by the user in the configuration. This automation excludes tickets marked as spam.

:::note Custom stages must be entered using their display names. For the target stage, if the user wants the ticket to be routed to any predefined stock stage, they should enter the corresponding backend value of the stock stage. For example, Work In Progress should be entered as work_in_progress. :::
