This automation enables automatic ticket stage transitions based on customer comments. When a reviewer comments on a ticket in configured stages, the ticket is automatically moved to a target stage defined by the user.

Installation
Specify the stages that should trigger the automation when a reviewer comments.
Define the target stage the ticket should transition to.
Notes
Custom stages must be entered using their display names.
For predefined (stock) stages, the backend value must be used.
