This automation enables automatic ticket stage transitions based on customer comments. When a reviewer comments on a ticket in configured stages, the ticket is automatically moved to a target stage defined by the user.

Installation

  1. Specify the stages that should trigger the automation when a reviewer comments.

  2. Define the target stage the ticket should transition to.

Notes

  • Custom stages must be entered using their display names.

  • For predefined (stock) stages, the backend value must be used.

  • Example:

  • Display name: Work In Progress

  • Backend value: work_in_progress

  • Tickets marked as spam are ignored by this automation.
