Follow-up Ticket

The follow-up ticket snap-in automatically creates follow up tickets if a customer comments on permanently closed tickets. It allows you to configure the time after which a ticket should be marked as closed and creates a new follow up ticket automatically if required.


  • Automated stage movement Configure the number of days after which a ticket in closed state should be marked as permanently closed.
  • Follow up ticket with context Automatically brings in the message sent by the customer on the follow up ticket along with all the attachments and allows you to configure the message sent to your customer to let them know that the ticket has been permanently closed and a follow up ticket has been created.
