Sync to DevRev

Using Sync to DevRev, you can re-synchronize an import to incorporate any new entries or updates to previously imported Freshdesk records.

Sync to Freshdesk The sync to Freshdesk functionality enables you to update modifications made in DevRev to Freshdesk workspace that was previously imported. Additionally, you can synchronize new work items created in DevRev to Freshdesk.

Installation

Once you click Install, go to the Imports page and start the Import.
