The Freshdesk (Incremental sync) snap-in allows you to sync tickets and conversations from your Freshdesk account to DevRev and vice-versa.

Features

  • Forward Sync
    Enables sync of tickets and conversations from Freshdesk to DevRev.

  • Reverse Sync
    Enables sync of tickets and conversations from DevRev to Freshdesk.

  • Select Start Date for the Sync
    You can choose a start date time to sync the tickets from.
