How it works
This snap-in integrates FullStory session data with a ticket. It retrieves session data for specific users in the 'Reported By' field in the ticket from FullStory and updates the corresponding work items (tickets) in DevRev with this session information. The integration is particularly useful for adding user activity context to support tickets.
Installation
- In Settings > Connections, create a Snap-in secret.
- Add your FullStory token as the snap-in secret.
- Configure the 'Number of Days' parameter to specify the time range for fetching FullStory sessions. This parameter determines the number of days in the past you wish to include in your session data retrieval.
