The Set User Preference for Group snap-in includes the custom operation Set User Preference, which is available in the Workflow Builder upon activation. This automation sets the specified users (defined in the **Users** attribute) to active status, while simultaneously setting all other users within the selected group (specified in the **Group** attribute) to away status.

## Features

- **Set user preference for a group:** Sets the status of users within a group to either *active* or *away*.
- **Set user preferences:** If a group is not specified, all users listed in the **Active users** field are set to *active*, and all users listed in the **Away users** field are set to *away*.
