The Set User Preference for Group snap-in includes the custom operation Set User Preference, which is available in the Workflow Builder upon activation. This automation sets the specified users (defined in the Users attribute) to active status, while simultaneously setting all other users within the selected group (specified in the Group attribute) to away status.
Features
- Set user preference for a group: Sets the status of users within a group to either active or away.
- Set user preferences: If a group is not specified, all users listed in the Active users field are set to active, and all users listed in the Away users field are set to away.
