The Notify Customer snap-in includes the custom operation Notify customer, which becomes available in the Workflow Builder once activated. This automation sends an email notification to all selected revusers with the configured message.

Installation

To install the notify customer snap-in on DevRev:

1. Click Install next to the Get Incident POC snap-in.
2. Activate the snap-in to get a action node Notify customer in the workflow builder.
