The Notify Customer snap-in includes the custom operation Notify customer, which becomes available in the Workflow Builder once activated. This automation sends an email notification to all selected revusers with the configured message.

- **Notify customer**: Sends a notification in the form of email to all list of customer.

## Installation

To install the notify customer snap-in on DevRev:

1. Click **Install** next to the Get Incident POC snap-in.
2. **Activate** the snap-in to get a action node `Notify customer` in the workflow builder.
