Review Ingestion Snap-in

This Snap-in extracts reviews from the Google Play Store using scraper and creates tickets.

For Initial extraction

• Initial extraction can be invoked by the command extract_initial_playstore_reviews in the snap-in discussions.
• The snap-in creates a subtype along with the necessary custom fields under it.
• The snap-in ingests the number of reviews mentioned by the user in the configuration.
• The extraction always starts from the latest.
